After more than 20 years working as a chiropractor and having served over 16,000 people, I have learned alot about health and well-being. During these years I have discovered a simple, yet effective way to help us build a healthier, happier life that is worth living and sharing.
Scientific investigation has shown that the "average" person has some 70,000 thoughts per day. The shocking thing is that 60 to 70% of these thoughts aré NEGATIVE! This continous bombing of negative energy is a major part of the cause of the unhappiness, dissatisfacion and lack of well-being for most of us.
If we want to change our lives..We must change our thoughts!
The following meditaciones have helped me to survive and even grow in the most dificult moments of my life. I recommend that you listen to them in the morning as soon as you awake and in the evening before going to sleep.
They are more effective in the morning if you can listen to them while you take an early morning walk somewhere in nature. If you can't then dedicate 5 to 10 minutes of silent reflexion to allow the meditations to soak into your soul. In a very short time you will begin to notice a vibrational change occurring in your life. Enjoy the journey!
